We want you and your pet to love it. If you're not happy, you have 90 days to return any item for a refund or replacement.
- Item faulty or damaged? Send a photo to hello@pawleypets.com and we'll sort a replacement or refund, no need to return it.
- Changed your mind? Return it unused in its original packaging within 90 days (you cover return postage).
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return, or of receiving your photo for faulty items.
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
