Orders & pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Some items ship from overseas partner warehouses, see our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

You agree not to misuse the site. All content on pawleypets.com is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
